Hello,

It has been an exciting few weeks here at MCBans. I'm just taking some time out of the day to let you know about a few changes and updates, that we are really excited about!

We will be implementing a new support desk inside of the MCBans main website, this will replace what is currently at (https://support.mcbans.com/). We will be implementing a new "report" ban feature on the website to report invalid bans that you may find. We will be implementing a new method for appealing permanent bans (0/10 rep); more details will follow on this later. We are still working on MCBans v4.0 which there is no current ETA for release, but we are working very hard on this release and we are very excited about what MCBans is turning into.

With all of that said, we are happy that you have chosen to use MCBans and be apart of our community. Our doors are always open for suggestions, and comments about the plugin we provide; these can be voiced over at http://forums.mcbans.com/ or via our IRC, which we have moved to irc.freenode.net #mcbans and we would love to hear from you!
