Ban Appeal/ Server Removal

Hello, I have a player who is one of about 10 who have been globally banned from a server they have never played on. I wanted to contact you myself to see if I could get this resolved. The server who has banned these players is polygoncraft.uk.to. One of the players, a current player on my server, is KingCreeper24 with uuid 780106e412e7481696351be10e6e5291, but as I've said, this isn't the first time I have found a player banned from this server and alerted them about it, to find out they have never played on the server before. I highly suggest looking into this server and I request the removal of this ban on one of my top players.

This section of the forums are not for ban appeals active on the general MCBans system and is reserved for our official Minecraft server only.
If the ban in question is global, please tell the player to dispute their ban on our main website.
If the ban in question is local, I suggest finding their forums and appealing there. Most servers will remove the ban no problem.

Hi, I'd like to expand upon Draco's response.

I took a look at the ban in question, and it was issued in 2014 (almost 3 years ago). So your player will have to appeal the ban on the server's website, since it's older than 60 days. MCBans does not hold servers responsible for valid global bans that are older than 60 days.
