Our support ticket system is now back online. To open a support ticket, you'll need to go to https://forums.mcbans.com/support-tickets/open -- You can also find this link on the main MCBans.com page and on the main forum page. -- support requests will still be taken at #support but it is highly recommended to use the support ticket system on our forums.
NOTE: You will need to be registered on our forums to use the support ticket system. If you run into any problems with broken pages or any errors, please directly DM @Draco on Discord with your issue.
